SPIFF PAYMENT APPLICATION

Download the SPIFF Payment Application Form below to apply for your Learn N Earn SPIFF payment. The Pacific Learn N Earn SPIFF will be effective for a term of 180 days after successful completion of each lesson. You will have 30 days after the SPIFF term ends to submit qualifying SPIFF requests for payment.

This form contains information necessary to process the Learn N Earn spiff. For this application to be processed, all information must be completed accurately and copies of the dealer invoices to Pacific and a completed W-9 must accompany this document at the time of submission.
